Healing Path exists because Bailey and Rob independently arrived at the same conclusion: the health and wellness industry has a structural problem, and it isn't being solved by the agencies currently serving it.
Bailey spent nearly two decades inside health, wellness, and aesthetics practices, close enough to see exactly where patient acquisition breaks down. The problem was rarely effort or clinical quality. It was consistently the same things: marketing infrastructure built without industry knowledge, technology deployed without understanding clinical context, and agencies optimising for vanity metrics instead of booked appointments. Rob's view came from the other direction.
