The Situation


When a New England Chiropractic clinic who was trying to build out a successful spinal decompression service came to us, they had been running Google and Meta ads for nearly four months with another agency. Despite consistent ad spend across both platforms, results were minimal. In that entire period, they sold one spinal decompression package. Revenue from ads wasn’t covering costs, the decompression table hadn’t paid for itself, and the clinic was under real financial pressure. From the outside, the ads looked “active.” From the inside, almost everything was misaligned.

The Diagnostic

Using my ad performance diagnostic, we uncovered issues across multiple layers of their marketing. The platform strategy didn’t align with how patients actually make decisions, the messaging failed to build trust or clearly communicate value, and the offer itself wasn’t positioned in a way that felt compelling or easy to understand. The funnel created friction at key decision points, and there was no cohesion between the ads, landing experience, and booking flow. Individually, these issues were easy to miss. Together, they explained exactly why the ads weren’t converting.

The Strategic Shift

Rather than making small, surface-level tweaks, we stepped back and rebuilt intentionally. We developed a six-month strategic plan, redesigned the sales funnel from the ground up, clarified the offer and messaging, and relaunched campaigns across Google and Meta with alignment between traffic, experience, and follow-up. Execution was handled collaboratively between strategic coaching and Healing Path Marketing, ensuring decisions were grounded in both business reality and patient trust.

The Results

Within the first 90 days of relaunch, they sold 28 spinal decompression packages at $6,500 per package, totaling $182,000 in revenue. The campaign was working so well that they had to buy a second table to keep up with demand!

All of this success was directly attributable to the new funnel and campaigns. Beyond revenue, the clinic regained confidence, clarity, and control over their growth strategy. Marketing stopped feeling like a gamble and started functioning as a system.
