Hi, I'm Bailey Levesque!

I’m an ICF-trained coach and strategic advisor who helps health, wellness, and medical aesthetics founders build clear growth plans, stronger teams, and sustainable marketing systems, without handing over control to an agency.

I’ve worked with over 100 practice owners and founders, supporting them through growth planning, positioning, decision-making, and leadership challenges in regulated, competitive markets. My background blends human behavior, business strategy, and modern growth systems, which means I don’t just help you decide what to do, I help you understand why it will work.
